Our kitchen is open so that guests can observe the hard work and the fine art of crafting food from the freshest ingredients sourced from people we know and trust. It’s also important to us to be open about the investments we make to support the community which, in turn, supports us.
In 2016, nearly 50% of our food purchases were from local farmers and vendors. This includes seafood, meat, eggs, and produce.
