Community Impact

Our kitchen is open so that guests can observe the hard work and the fine art of crafting food from the freshest ingredients sourced from people we know and trust. It’s also important to us to be open about the investments we make to support the community which, in turn, supports us.


In 2014, nearly 50% of our food purchases were from local farmers and vendors. This includes beef, pork, chicken, eggs, and a wide range of fruits and vegetables.

Our staff does more than make and serve fantastic food. They also provide art for our walls and plants for our pots, as well as laughter and human connections to our many regular customers. The creativity, kindness, and warmth of our staff, friends, and community is integral to our success.
